The programs offered by the Hospice of Santa Barbara don’t only address patients, but also their families. One in 20 people lose at least a parent before adulthood, and 20 percent suffer from a loss before 18 years old. To support these individuals, the Hospice of Santa Barbara provides numerous programs. Kenny Slaught says these programs help kids avoid depression, PTSD and anxiety.
